What Counts as a “Special Request” (Starting at $99)

To keep the monthly plan affordable, anything outside the included scope is optional:

Special requests start at $99, like:

• Adding extra sections beyond the included limit

• Creating new pages (multi-page expansion)

• Advanced donation flows (complex forms, multi-step funnels)

• Event systems, membership portals, LMS, or custom functionality

• New integrations (CRM, advanced email automation, etc.)

• Major design changes after approval

 

Ownership Option (if you want to move the website somewhere else)

At the end of the 12-month plan, if you’d like full ownership and a complete handoff, there’s a $100 one-time Ownership Handoff.

 

How Payment and Service Work

Managed plan
During the plan, WebDev & Design manages the domain, hosting, security, and maintenance so your team doesn’t have to worry about technical details.

If a payment is missed

We understand things happen. Here’s a gentle policy that protects you without sounding harsh:

• Grace period: If a payment is late, your site stays online.
• If payments remain unpaid after the grace period, the service may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.
• Reactivation: once paid, we restore service quickly.

When we have logos, pictures, and at least some text/content available, this is how the timeline looks:

Do we own the website right away?
During the plan, it’s a managed service. After the plan, you can keep it managed or request full ownership through the $100 Ownership Handoff.

What if we need extra features?

Can you connect donations?

Do you help with SEO?
