We also set up and manage hosting for you (we resell trusted hosting so you don’t have to deal with the technical stuff).

Both. We have clear website packages for common needs, and we also build fully custom solutions when you need something unique. You can mix in services like SEO, ads, photography, and social media as needed.

Standard projects are billed 50% to start and 50% at delivery. We also offer a website-as-a-service plan from $160/month—the site is licensed while subscribed (no long contracts). Ecommerce or advanced features are quoted based on scope.

A professionally designed site, hosting setup/management, updates, and support bundled into one monthly price. The design is licensed to you while subscribed. Prefer full ownership? Ask about our buy-out options after a minimum term.

These are prepaid monthly. We also offer discounts for 3–6 months prepaid. Photography & design work is prepaid (or 50/50 for approved projects).

Retainers include a blended hourly rate, priority scheduling, and predictable budgets. Extra work beyond included hours is billed at our standard hourly rate.

A one-page site or landing page can be ready in 1–4 days. Typical small-business sites take 1–2 weeks. Complex projects vary by features and response times. The faster content and approvals come in, the faster we launch.

Most projects include up to 3 rounds of design revisions. Additional changes are $100/hour or covered by a monthly retainer.

Your goals, brand assets (logo/colors), content (text/images), a page list or sitemap, examples you like, and a point-person for approvals. If you need branding or photography, we can handle that, too.

Every site includes basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, mobile-friendly layout, performance tweaks). Our monthly SEO plans add keyword research, advanced optimization, content strategy, and structured data (schema).

Yes. We design responsively and optimize images, code, and caching. Higher-tier packages can include deeper performance work targeting Core Web Vitals.

We can set up and manage hosting for you (SSL, backups, updates, uptime monitoring). Prefer to host elsewhere? No problem—we’ll configure and deploy to your provider.

We implement SSL, safe plugins/themes, and updates. Backups run on a schedule based on your plan. We offer annual security tiers and monthly maintenance options. While no site is “un-hackable,” we focus on prevention and fast recovery with stored backups.

Every site includes at least 1 week of support. Maintenance plans cover updates, backups, bug fixes, and security. Content updates, redesigns, or new features are hourly or included in a retainer.

For photography and videography projects, you receive usage rights to all delivered assets. WebDev & Design retains the right to feature those assets in our portfolio and use them for promotional or training purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise. Yes. When your project is fully paid, you own the website, domain, and hosting account. For monthly subscription plans, the design is licensed to you while subscribed. Want full ownership later? Ask about our buy-out options.

Payments (including deposits) are non-refundable. We’ll do everything reasonable to resolve issues through revisions and communication. If a project must end early, we may close it without charging for unfinished work already removed from scope.

We serve Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front (Ogden–Provo) and also work with clients nationwide via Zoom and email.

Yes. We can meet at your office or a public location in SLC and surrounding areas. We’re also happy to meet on Zoom if that’s easier.

Yes—brand, product, and team photography in the SLC area. Travel fees may apply outside the metro area.

Yes. We optimize Google Business Profile (categories, services, photos, posts) and build consistent local citations so your business shows up for nearby customers.

Yes. We build multilingual sites and make it simple for your team to manage translations day-to-day.

We stay in touch via email, text messages (with your approval), and scheduled calls. You’ll get updates at every milestone and quick check-ins whenever needed.
